Following a Senior Management Review, we are now seeking an Assistant Director- Finance (Deputy Section 151 Officer)

Working closely with our Director of Finance, you will play a critical role within our organisation, helping to plan the use of resources to deliver our corporate objectives.

You will lead a well-established finance team, continuing to foster a culture of sound governance and business partnering to help the council deliver sustainable solutions for Redcar & Cleveland.

You will have extensive financial management experience at both an operational and strategic level. As a member of the council’s leadership team, you will be able to apply your professional skills across a range of disciplines to contribute to the strategic direction of the council.
