Assistant Director – Adult Care Operations
The care and wellbeing of our residents is at the heart of what we do every day of the year.

We have an ageing population, so this newly-created role is integral to our Council and you will have a great opportunity to make a real difference to people’s lives while developing a successful and rewarding career.
You will develop a high quality infrastructure which enables us to keep the care of adults at the heart of what we do while implementing changes in Government policy in the sector.
Providing care is complex, so you will be flexible and imaginative, and adept at working with all stakeholders in the sector.
Our statutory duties to adults who rely on our services are paramount and you will ensure these are met every time.
Providing quality care really does improve people’s lives, so the rewards from this role are huge.
